Grape Day Festival

The festival includes nearly 100 vendors. Organizers expect to have 8,000-10,000 people in the park to celebrate the agricultural history of Escondido.
Activities will center around the park and the History Center. There will be a Kids Zone with a petting zoo and cow milking demonstration courtesy of Hollandia Dairy. There will be lots of fun games and face painting and pony rides. The Scouts will bring their obstacle course rope bridge.
There will be the very popular Grape Stomp.
Activities will go on all day. Including live entertainment on the stage—with the country sounds of Lefty Martin and his Right Hand Band, Wild Wonders and their animal ambassadors, the mariachi band Mariachi Victoria de San Diego, Sunny Side Strings and the Danzas del Corazon Folklorico Dancers.
For adults, 21 and above, there will be a wine and beer tasting garden. Pouring libations will be the following: Hungry Hawk Winery, Mia Marie Vineyards, Uvas Winery and two local breweries: Burgeon Brewery and Pure Project.
Following tradition, there will be free grapes until they run out.
